Wayfinder

Wayfinder

AI that actually sticks.

Most AI adoption stalls somewhere between a good idea and lasting change. The Wayfinder is the full route: understand where AI belongs, build the capability, prove it on real work, and leave that capability living in your business.

A guided pathway for AI Adoption. Senior thinking, sized for the way your business actually runs.

The Wayfinder Pathway

Four Stages, One Clear Route

Support Wherever You Are on Your AI Journey

The Wayfinder isn't a course or a one-off workshop. It's a guided journey from the leadership question - where should AI take this business, and where shouldn't it - through to capability that keeps working after the consultant has gone.

Diagnose

AI Accelerator Diagnostic

A half-day with your leadership team, structured across six dimensions. Where AI fits, where it doesn't, and the three priorities worth acting on first.

01

Train

Bespoke Team Training

Six practical sessions, built around your team and the work they actually do. Confidence and capability, not theory - tailored by what the Diagnostic found.

02

Pilot - Parallel

The Pilot Sprint

A focused team points AI at one real challenge, sprint-style, with your guidance. A measured result on work that matters - the proof, not a promise.

03

Embed - Parallel

AI Champions Programme

Three to five of your people learn to carry the capability across the business. When the sprint lands, you already have the means to spread it.

04

Stages three and four run together on purpose. The Pilot produces the result; the Champions carry the pattern outward. The win and the means to repeat it arrive at the same time.

Why This Route?

Where most AI adoption falls down.

Each stage exists because of a specific way adoption tends to fail. The pathway is designed to close every gap in turn.

WITHOUT DIAGNOSIS

Effort goes to the wrong places

Teams get trained on tools no one needed, or chase use cases that were never going to pay back. The Diagnostic decides where the effort belongs before a penny is spent on it.

WITHOUT TRAINING

The confident few pull ahead

We start with the friction your team already feels, so training targets the tasks where AI earns its place rather than adding another thing to learn.

WITHOUT A PILOT

Nothing gets proven

Enthusiasm fades because nobody sees a real result. The Pilot points AI at one genuine challenge and produces something measurable - the evidence that makes the case internally.

WITHOUT CHAMPIONS

Momentum leaves with the consultant

The spike of energy after training fades within weeks and people return to old habits. Champions keep it alive from inside - the capability stays in the building. That's the point.

What each stage involves

The Wayfinder Route In Detail

STAGE 1: DIAGNOSE

AI Accelerator Diagnostic

Half a day to a couple of weeks.

  • A survey across your team, plus one-to-one interviews with key people, to see how AI is actually used on the ground - not just how leadership thinks it is.

  • A structured session with your leadership team across six dimensions: Vision, Opportunities, People and Culture, Tools and Data, Governance, and Value.

  • A maturity assessment placing the business on each of the six dimensions, from Unaware through Curious, Active and - Capable to Leading - grounded in what the whole organisation said, not only the leadership view.

  • Three priority use cases, scored on value, feasibility and how much they'll teach the business.

  • A phased 12-month roadmap setting out what happens, when, and who owns it.

  • A governance position, including your EU AI Act exposure where it's relevant.

  • A capability plan covering the skills, training and support needed to deliver the roadmap.

  • One immediate action - the single thing worth doing this week.

  • A written report and a leadership playback session, with everything that follows in the pathway shaped by what the Diagnostic finds. Nothing is prescribed blind.

STAGE 2: TRAIN

Bespoke Team Training

Six sessions. On site or virtual

  • Six practical sessions built around your team's real work, not generic tool demonstrations.

  • Content led by the Diagnostic's findings - the training targets the priorities that matter to your business.

  • Focused on confidence and judgement: prompting, verification, knowing when AI helps and when it doesn't.

  • Led with Claude, with ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and NotebookLM covered as the work requires - platform-honest, never vendor-aligned.

  • Enthusiasm fades because nobody sees a real result. The Pilot points AI at one genuine challenge and produces something measurable - the evidence that makes the case internally.

STAGE 3: PILOT - Parallel

The Pilot Sprint

Focused sprint. One challenge. One result.

  • A small team takes one real, tightly-scoped challenge and applies AI to it under your guidance.

  • Your people do the hands-on work; Go Wisely brings the structure, the AI craft, and keeps the sprint focused on a winnable outcome.

  • A clear definition of done agreed up front - a measured result on work that matters, not a vague experiment.

  • Where a use case needs genuine technical build, it's scoped and overseen through trusted partners - Go Wisely doesn't build in-house.

STAGE 4: EMBED - Parallel

AI Champions Programme

Four sessions over 6-8 weeks. 3-5 people.

  • Three to five of your people are developed into internal champions who help colleagues adopt AI confidently and responsibly.

  • Coaching and facilitation skills, practical governance and judgement, and how to sustain momentum after the push.

  • Runs alongside the Pilot, so champions have real, live work to be credible about from day one.

  • A light-touch follow-up keeps things on track once the sessions end. The capability stays in the building.

What you are left with

Two things that last.

The pathway is designed to leave a result and the capability to repeat it - not a dependency on an outside consultant.

What you are left with

Two things that last.

The pathway is designed to leave a result and the capability to repeat it - not a dependency on an outside consultant.

A proven result

A real challenge measurably improved, with the working approach documented and owned by your team. The internal case for going further, already made.

Capability that stays

A team trained to use AI well, and three to five named champions who keep adoption moving across the business long after the engagement ends.

Suitability

Is the full pathway right for you?

The Wayfinder is the complete route, and it isn't the right starting point for everyone. It's better to be honest about that up front.

Suitability

Is the full pathway right for you?

The Wayfinder is the complete route, and it isn't the right starting point for everyone. It's better to be honest about that up front.

The pathway fits when

You're serious about AI across the business, not just curious about a tool.

You have 20 to 100+ people and no internal AI lead to drive this properly.

You want a result you can point to, and capability that outlasts the engagement.

You'd rather invest once in the whole route than piece it together stage by stage.

Something else comes first when

You're not yet sure AI is a priority - start with a Discovery Session, no commitment.

You only need one piece right now - the Diagnostic, training and Champions all stand alone.

You're looking for a technical build rather than people capability.

You can't free up a small team for the Pilot and Champions work over a few weeks.

Wayfinder

What does it cover?

  • Full AI Accelerator Diagnostic

  • Bespoke AI Training - minimum 6 sessions

  • 1 Pilot Sprint - one team, 3 weeks.

  • AI Champions Programme (3-5 attendees)
