Where I've worked
Microsoft · Infosys · American Express · Mercedes-Benz · Intel · Expedia · Medtronic · Haleon · EE · Skype · Telenet · Swisscom · Tesco · Vodafone · Daimler · Mazda · and more…
I've run AI transformation programmes at enterprise scale: at Infosys, Liberty Global, EE, Eircom, and others. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and where most organisations waste their money.
Go Wisely is what happens when you take that experience and make it available to businesses that don't have a transformation team or a six-figure consulting budget. The same thinking, sized right.
Go wisely.
Why Go Wisely exists
Most AI Advice Starts In The Wrong Place.
After years of delivering enterprise AI programmes, a pattern became clear. The businesses that struggled weren't struggling because they lacked good technology. They were struggling because no one had asked the right questions first, about the work, the people, what success actually looked like, and what the risks were of getting it wrong.
Most AI advice starts with tools. Go Wisely starts with the business. I wanted to build something that gave SMEs access to the kind of senior, independent thinking that used to be reserved for large organisations - without the agency markup, the junior delivery team, or the vendor agenda.
The name says it plainly. AI is worth adopting. Most businesses should be doing more with it. But how you do it matters. Go wisely.
How I work
Four things that shape every engagement.
The right question first
Every engagement starts by understanding how the business actually works - before any talk of tools or solutions.
You get me, not a junior
The person who runs your Discovery Session is the same person who writes your report and delivers everything that follows.
Strategy tied to outcomes
Every recommendation is anchored to a measurable business outcome. If it can't be, I'll say so before any money is spent.
Honest about limitations
I don't build software in-house. When a use case needs building, I scope, brief, and oversee trusted technical partners.
