Does Go Wisely help individual professionals as well as businesses?

Yes. Go Wisely offers private 1:1 AI coaching for professionals and leaders, built around each person's role and real work, alongside its team programmes.

Team programmes or individual coaching

Team programmes and individual coaching solve different problems.

A team programme suits a business that wants everyone using AI in a consistent way, with shared tools, shared standards and agreed rules on risk. It builds common practice across a group.

Individual coaching suits a person whose needs do not fit a group setting.

  • No employer programme: Your organisation has not started AI training, or what exists is too general for your role.

  • Your own pace: You want to build confidence privately, without learning in front of colleagues.

  • Seniority: You lead others and need to form a credible view on AI quickly and discreetly.

  • An unusual role: Your work does not match what a group session would cover.

How Go Wisely's coaching works

Go Wisely's 1:1 AI coaching is private and confidential. There is no fixed curriculum: sessions are built around your role and the work you actually do. All coaching starts with a free Discovery Session.

  • AI Confidence Diagnostic: A single 90-minute virtual session, £250. The fee is credited towards the six-session programme if you continue.

  • AI Confidence Coaching Programme: Typically six virtual sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, £1,500, with a payment plan available.

  • Executive AI Advisory: Senior-level coaching tailored to senior leaders and the C-suite, virtual or in person, from £3,000, with a payment plan available.

  • Fractional AI Advisor: An ongoing monthly advisory relationship, priced on request.

Building skills that help in your current role

The most useful AI skills are rarely technical. They come from understanding your own work well enough to know where AI helps and where it does not.

  • Start with recurring tasks: Pick work you do every week, such as drafting, summarising or preparing for meetings. Repetition makes improvement visible.

  • Break tasks into steps: AI handles a clearly defined step far better than a vague request for a whole job.

  • Keep what works: Save the instructions and approaches that produce good results, so you build a personal toolkit over time.

  • Check every output: Treat AI output as a first draft. Your judgement is what makes it safe to use.

  • Know the rules: Find out what your employer allows, especially around client or confidential data, before using AI on real work.

With or without employer support

If your employer has a training budget, it is worth asking whether coaching qualifies. Being specific about which tasks you want to improve and what difference it would make strengthens the request.

If you are funding coaching yourself, the AI Confidence Diagnostic is a low-commitment way to start, and payment plans are available on the longer options. To understand who you would be working with, read who is behind Go Wisely.
